WHAT TO EXPECT:
Childcare is provided for all infants and toddlers for the entirety of the service. Kindergarten through 5th Graders stay with their family for the first part of the worship service and are dismissed to Sunday School before the message. Preschoolers have the option to check-in to their class at the beginning of the service or when the K-5th graders are dismissed. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the service to check-in your child(ren) using our secure check-in system.
We place a high value on the safety and well-being of all children who come through our doors. In light of that, all of our children’s volunteers undergo a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services background check, an application process, and training specific to the area in which they serve. Our secure check-in system provides an added layer of safety for our children.
The scope of our classes at every age group presents the Bible as one unified story of God's redemptive plan for our lives. We desire for all children to hear and know God's Word, and to give them space to respond to His great love for them.
With our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers we utilize a curriculum that takes children through the Bible in a year using beautiful storybooks written just for them, and age-appropriate activities. Our elementary-aged children learn about their place in God's story through Bible storytelling, scripture memory, response activities, and prayers of blessing over their lives.
YOUR ROLE AS A PARENT:
We believe that God has called parents to be the primary spiritual nurturers of their children's faith. Therefore, we provide the lesson for the upcoming Sunday in THE CCC WEEKLY EMAIL so that you can be the first to introduce it to your child(ren). Please visit our CHILDREN'S RESOURCES page for recommendations on Bibles, books, devotionals, and more for those raising children to know and love Jesus!
